Our Active Listening program helps individuals understand how to listen more effectively and adopt their listening approach to create more successful communication.
Using the Personal Listening Profile combined with engaging and interactive face to face activities, participants will learn to enhance communication, increase teamwork, strengthen customer relationships, and improve management and leadership effectiveness.

Creating success by understanding the person within
The foundation of personal and professional success lies in understanding yourself and realising the impact of personal behaviour on the people around you.
Individual Insights is a powerful one-day program that will provide you with an insight into how others see you and how you see yourself. It will discuss strategies on how to dramatically improve your interactions with others, whether as part of a team, a manager or as a leader.
The program will include pre workshop consultation, an online participant survey and the option of a face-to-face program or 1 on 1 coaching and online post program support. It is an enjoyable, reflective and interactive workshop designed to explore how you can improve yourself with impact and rigor.
Finding the right balance to effective relationships
Transparency and productivity in the workplace are not possible without Assertive behaviour. Being Assertive is not easy for some; however, it is a skill that can be learnt.
Assertiveness starts with a solid understanding of ones self and the value that you bring. It ends with confidence and respect for one another by separating the people from the problem.
