Management Coaching

Leaders inevitably reach a point at which they need to shift their focus from advancing their own career to fostering the growth of others in the organisation. In doing so, they find themselves becoming a coach to one or more individuals. The skills to do this come more easily to some than to others. A skilled executive coach will help you build your coaching capability.

  • A new leader who has to jump-start the performance of their team or is responsible for a direct report who has a critical role and has to step up

  • A leader who has risen through the ranks but never been coached and lacks the skills and confidence to be an effective coach

We recommend 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions or 12 x 1 hour Coaching sessions

Managers understand how their behavioural tendencies influence their effectiveness in management situations then regardless of your behavioural tendencies, the more managers learn about how to “read people”, understand the dynamics of others styles – such as motivating factors and natural fears, they will more quickly and easily be able to relate to and give direction and support to their employees.  

 

Conflict will be diminished, both between them and their employees, as well as between employees.  Instead of spending all day on “personality conflicts,” they’ll be able to navigate individual differences and coach employees to communicate more effectively.
