Our Facilitators are individuals who have sound business practice in their own right, strong creative personalities and the ability to guide the discussions in the right direction. Their knowledge across many industry sectors enables us to adapt to the needs of your organisation to ensure your people’s individual queries and problems are addressed.
Our facilitator pride themselves on thier own professional development and networking. They work collaboratively with you so that you get the benefit not only of your own Facilitator but of their ability to draw from the group expertise held within the Facilitator team. Our facilitators can also be available to attend consultation meetings with you to discuss the program and course material.

Progressive Learning Solutions

Progressive Learning Solutions was founded in 2009. The organisation was motivated by the need to provide organisations with more innovative options for employee and leadership development and team performance.
Progressive Learning Solutions uses a range of behavioural analysis tools as a basis of many of our programs. We know it will not be the solution to every situation or to every development need. That’s why we design our programs using content from a variety of up-to-date, fresh and reliable sources to make every training experience targeted to your learning and development needs.
Craig Roberts - Managing Director
Craig Roberts has extensive leadership, development and adult education experience across government, commercial and the not-for-profit sectors and has worked in senior management positions for over 20 years. Craig has been the General Manager of an iconic Australian brand and has led senior emergency services teams and multiple private and public sector portfolios in strengthening their performance and results.
Craig also has a broad policy background with volunteer, multicultural and political environments, leading a range of community education and engagement initiatives at a state and national level. He has been a facilitator with Surf Life Saving's Leadership program for over 12 years and is an accredited facilitator of DiSC Workplace, DiSC Sales, DiSC Management and Work of Leaders programs with Wiley Publishing and Integro.
He works mainly in the leadership arena, developing teams and leaders in engaging and adaptable leadership styles and behaviours. Craig has the flexibility and experience to work with frontline and customer interacting staff, middle management and senior executive personnel and he brings warmth, passion and experience to his roles as facilitator, development consultant and leader.
